The ongoing performance of “Madama Butterfly” by The Glyndebourne Opera House will take stage for the last time soon on December 10, 2016. This is your last opportunity to catch this Giacomo Puccini composed performance in 2016.As a part of Tour 2016, the performance is the Glyndebourne’s first ever production of the three-act opera “Madama Butterfly.” Directed by Annilese Miskimmon, the opera is derived from the true story of a Japanese geisha married and abandoned by an American sailor, which brings a disastrous conflict between East and West.
