Last chance to experience The Christian Berst Art Brut gallery’s presentation “ART vs WILD,” a selection of works by five Belgian artists presenting a handicap will soon end on November 27, 2016.The artists Laura Delvaux, Tony Coopman, Julien Detiège, Alain Meert and Jean-Marie Heyligen, realised these works within the Sylvart residence in 2014. During the exhibition, the 7 episodes of the Web series ART vs WILD (2014) will be screened. The series, directed by Damien Odoul and Marie-Eve Nadeau and coproduced by Arte creative, tell the tale of this artistic experience. Sylvart is an experimental and innovative project developed in the heart of a forest in Lozère. In echo with the assertion of the German poet Hölderlin who wrote: "Full of merit, yet poetically humans dwell upon the earth,” the artists created works inspired by their immersion in the forest over a period of ten days. The show is at The Christian Berst Art Brut gallery, 3-5, passage des gravilliers 75003 Paris.
