The National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), Mumbai, presents 'Past Forward' a Bharatanatyam performance by Leela Samson and Spanda. It will be performed on October 23, 2016 in Mumbai.Leela Samson is an acclaimed Indian danseuse, teacher, writer and choreographer of bharatanatyam. This show explores themes present in bharatanatyam. The ultimate question is 'Can an ancient dance art express modern conflicts?' We tend to believe that each generation expresses itself differently.
