'L'ELISIR D'AMORE', a comic opera in two acts written in 1832 by the Italian composer Gaetano Donizetti, will be staged at Wiener Staatsoper, Wien, on December 5, 2016. The opera follows the story of young and rich Adina, a tenant farmer who lives in a rather remotely village. It will include performances by various artists such as Aisa Garifullina, Jinxu Xiahou, Pietro Spagnoli and Bryn Terfel in different characters among others.The opera will be staged at Wiener Staatsoper, Opernring 2, 1010 Wien, Austria.
