The production of Giuseppe Verdi's popular opera 'Simon Boccanegra', will be staged at Wiener Staatsoper on October 3, 2016 at 19:00.'Simon Boccanegra' is a famous opera with a prologue and three acts by Giuseppe Verdi set to an Italian libretto by Francesco Maria Piave. The opera follows the themes of love and political freedom set in the backdrop of 14th century Genoa.
