A drama entitled “Learn from Pigeons” presented by ZHANG Hui will be staged at the Multi-functional Theatre, NCPA, Beijing from February 17 through February 19, 2017.A reworking of esteemed work of the Broadway “Tony Awards,” “Learn from Pigeons” is a love comedy set in the 1970s. Directed by ZHANG Hui, the play represents the story of a sightless young man, who after a long-standing care from his mother, breakouts from the restraints of the family and falls in love with a jovial girl of the neighborhood. The show also highlights the incongruities and struggles amongst two generations caught up under family constraints and the quest for liberty.The show will be presented at Multi-functional Theatre, NCPA, No. 2 West Chang'an Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing, China.
