The London Short Film Festival now in its 14th year will run from January 6 through 15, 2017, at various venues across London.Over the years the festival has garnered considerable recognition as the premiere platform for showcasing the best of UK’s independent film circuit and young talent. With over 450 films screened the festival is a combination of film screenings, live music, industry and training events. This year’s theme focuses on how women have taken charge and created films, magazines, music, and other art forms and looks back at the riot grrrl movement. It also explores past and present subcultures from Bowie to more recent black rock. The festival opens with a visual and musical collaboration of Moog Sound Lab UK, Savages and Analogue Recurring.The LSFF screenings will take place across various locations.
