Delhi International Queer Theatre & Film Festival will take place at NCUI Auditorium & Convention Centre, New Delhi, on December 10 and 11, 2016.The film festival is the brainchild of Vinay Kumar, founder-Harmless Hugs and Love Matters India is the title sponsor and organising partner for DIQTFF this year. The second edition of the Delhi International Queer Theatre & Film Festival will comprise of power packed theatre performances and movies from all across the globe. The concept is to communicate, educate and transpire the existence of the LGBTQI Community in India.
